Located at Samutsakhon Industrial Estate, Thailand,
the company has the area of 6.5 Acres consisting of 3 Major factories
Knitting
This production
unit, covering a total area of 44,000 square feet, is composed of an office and
industrial workshop, designed as a full function for knitting with European high
technology. Here, over 40 circular knitting machines will produce 220 tons every
month. The wide range of machines includes Mayer, Powerting,
Pilotelli.
Printing
On a site of 44,000 square feet and 70 proficient
employees, the printing production unit produces an impressive annual fabrics
output of 1.5 million meters. The printing factory is equipped with the most
productive machines and the latest technologies in printing machinery from a
buser machine, Switzerland, in addition to a steamer, a stenter frame, dyeing
equipment, washing system from Babcock, German technology, and modern CAD
system, other Lab equipment such as Quickwash from the U.S. All above facilitate
the process of supplying fabrics to the garment factory.
Garment
The garment factory, the main
factory for manufacturing various kinds of undergarment, has a production
capacity of 1,800,000 dozens per year. With over 800 workforce in the
176,000 square feet of the garment production process that includes the
cutting, sewing, and, packing process, we produce the good quality
products by using high grade raw materials, carefully selected and
imported from the best original suppliers such as coton yarns from lndia,
Pakistan, South Korea, China. We also use modern technology, latest
electronic system of the computer marking, semi-auto spreading and the
sewing machinery as well as we employ the well-trained workers for
ensuring the quality at every stage of
production.
